Culinar y tradition is a representation of our culture. Czech gastronomy has
a famous history and we continue to promote it. Our aim is to represent the
best of our national traditions and promote those on various competitions
locally and world wide.

We are a team of top Chefs and Pastry Chefs. We do respect the traditions
of our craf t and at the same time continue learning and cook with modern
twist. We are in touch with other top Chefs from abroad. Our achievements
speak

for themselves. We target even higher to the ver y top. Our recent success was
the Chef ’s Olympic in Erfurt 2016 – we took home two bronze medals. Currently
we are focusing at other challenges and to the next IKA in 2024.

of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of Czech Republic as well as our partners.
